The Ethnicraft Service Portal is your one-stop shop to get in touch with our customer service and track the status of your requests. Through the Portal, you can easily manage your requests or submit a new one.
How does it work?
1) Should you need any after-sales support, please submit a ticket by completing our order related form. For all other questions or requests, please complete our inquiry form.
2) After completing the form, you will receive an email with the request to create a Service Portal account. Follow the steps to create a new account, since this account is different from your Partner Portal account.
3) View and manage the open and closed company tickets from your account. You will be able to access the 'view my tickets' page only after you have submitted a first form and created your Service Portal account.
