Do you have a claim about an order, or a general question? We are here to help you via our Service Portal.
The Ethnicraft Service Portal is your one-stop shop to get in touch with our customer service and track the status of your requests. Here you can easily manage your tickets or submit a new one.
How does it work?
1) Should you need any after-sales support, please submit a ticket by completing our claims form. For all other questions or request, please complete our inquiry form.
2) At the same time, you will receive an email with the request to create a Service Portal account. Follow the steps to create a new account, since this account is different from your Partner Portal account.
3) View and manage your open and closed company tickets from your account.
You will only be able to access the VIEW MY TICKETS page only after you have submitted a first form.
Once you have entered a first form you will receive an email to create a login. This one is different from your login for the Partner Portal.
